Superconducting magnets in fusion reactors are subjected to a huge electromagnetic force of >100 MN/m. The have be sustained with strong-body structure avoid high stress and deformation. total weight the magnet system reactor is estimated more than 20,000 tons. We applied topology optimization technique support reduce reactors. Compared conventional design, we achieved reduction >25%. Static seismic analyses were carried out validate soundness topology-optimized design. Consequently, against was within permissible range. It discovered that using isolation can adequately prevent damage even when directly massive earthquake.
